Skilled at cost-benefit analysis, including net present value and rate-of-return calculations. Able to work independently, and to take initiative to find information and other resources. Good presentation skills.

No technical knowledge of street lighting required. Ability to learn quickly, and comfort with technical issues, is important. Undergraduate degrees or coursework in engineering, physics, economics, or finance would be helpful.
